§ 15. Police jurisdiction.

Be it further enacted, that all the police powers and jurisdiction conferred by this act upon the corporate authorities of the town of Opp, may be enforced, exercised in and extended over all the territory lying and being within one mile from and outside of the corporate lines of said town as herein created or as may hereafter exist.
